How we work with your business
From website takeover to connected operations.
Hexify is a service company. This is the order of work when a live business website needs a dependable owner, then better systems. You do not have to buy every stage. Start where the problem is today.
The order of work
Each stage is a scoped service. The sequence below is how the work usually builds. Skip or start later when that is the practical choice.
Stage 01
Take over the website you already have
We review the platform, access, hosting and current issues, then agree how Hexify takes responsibility for support. WordPress, other CMS platforms and custom websites, subject to that review.
What you get. A named owner for the live site, with a written support scope.
Website takeover & maintenanceStage 02
Maintain and improve
Ongoing updates, backups, repairs, content changes and enquiry checks keep the website useful as the business changes. Larger work is scoped separately.
What you get. The site stays supported instead of waiting on an unavailable developer.
Ongoing website careStage 03
Redesign and modernise
When the current site no longer matches the business, we improve the experience, mobile journey and technology, or plan a migration. Rankings are monitored; they are not guaranteed.
What you get. A clearer site that is easier to edit, maintain and connect.
Website redesign & modernisationStage 04
Connect CRM and business systems
Website enquiries, customer records, bookings and follow-up stop living in inboxes. We connect the tools you already use where practical, or recommend a suitable option.
What you get. An enquiry has a record, an owner and a next action.
CRM & business systemsStage 05
Automate repeatable work
Once records and handovers are clear, we automate follow-up, documents, bookings and reporting. Start with one useful workflow, then extend it when the result is clear.
What you get. Less copy-paste between the website and the work that follows.
Business automationStage 06
Add AI agents where they help
Assistants and agents handle defined tasks: collecting enquiries, finding answers in approved documents, drafting follow-up for review, or organising information for a connected process. Permissions and human handover are agreed first.
What you get. AI sits inside a real workflow, not as a chatbot bolted onto an unsupported site.
AI agents & integrationStage 07
Custom software when tools are not enough
Portals, internal tools and focused applications when off-the-shelf software cannot support the process. Website care is not a prerequisite.
What you get. A scoped system for the part of the business that needs more.
Custom software
An enquiry, from start to finish
This is the kind of connected workflow the later stages are for. Some steps use ordinary automation. Others may use an AI agent, with a person reviewing the output.
- 1.Someone sends an enquiry through the website.
- 2.The details land in the right CRM record.
- 3.The team is notified and the next action is assigned.
- 4.A follow-up or quote draft is prepared for review.
- 5.The outcome is recorded so the team can see what happened.
Questions about how we work
Do we have to start with a website takeover?
No. Many businesses start there because the live site needs a clear owner. You can also start with a redesign, a CRM connection, automation or an AI agent if that is the immediate need.
Do we have to complete every stage?
No. This is the order of work when a business grows through each stage. Your written plan only includes the stages that solve a real problem now.
When do you add automation or AI agents?
After the website, records and handovers are clear enough to support them. We start with the workflow to improve, then add rules or an agent where they reduce repeat work.
Where does custom software fit?
When existing tools cannot support the process. It can sit alongside website care or be commissioned on its own.
